Freight
Toys2 has a standard postage rate of $8.00 regardless of the weight or size of the item. The majority of the time we use Australia Post, or occasionally a local courier to Sydney Destinations. If you require your order urgently, such as overnight, we can arrange this for you at no additional charge. If you do have a special requirement, please email us to discuss alternative arrangements.For all international customers, please contact us for postage rates to your country.

Returns
Toys2 will refund (subject to our approval) or exchange goods purchased from the website provided they are returned in mint condition within 14 days of purchase. These goods must be accompanied by a tax invoice or receipt from us. All cassettes, DVD's, software, videos, CD's, sale items are recognised as firm sale items. We will not accept these goods for return.
Insurance
We do not insure goods sent within Australia. Insurance will be an additional cost.
Prices
We endeavour to have all items featured on our website in stock at all times, however this may not always be possible. In this case your item will be backordered and sent out to you in due course. We do not charge additional freight for all goods on backorder.
Prices on the website are subject to change. We will revise our website frequently so that prices are regularly updated.
Delivery charges for overseas orders will be calculated on receipt of order and customers will be notified of the costs involved. Please note that all items include GST and are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Out of Stock Items
Orders from Toys2 for items listed within this site that are 'temporarily out of stock' will be held on back order. They will be dispatched to you as soon as they become available. You will be advised accordingly.

Our website uses a fully secure online payment gateway. Online payments are made through PayPal and all credit card details go directly and only to PayPal. We only receive a confirmation of the total that you have paid.
